"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death."

The blood of Jesus is the one most important "commodity" in heaven and on earth. It highly prized both in heaven and on earth. The blood commands the attention of heavenly hosts and the cohorts of hell. Wherever the blood is mentioned, the effect is undeniably huge.
It was through the blood of Jesus that our redemption was secured. We were purchased from under the taskmastery of sin by the precious blood of Jesus, a Lamb without spot or blemish. It was not gold or any precious stone on earth but the blood of Jesus.
In their battle against the dragon and a third of the angelic hosts, the angels of God had a phenomenal victory when they invoked the blood of the Lamb and testified about it. There is power in the blood to deliver victory for you against the forces of darkness. The blood will sweep them away.
If you are experiencing defeat in any area of your life, the blood of Jesus can put you over. It might be the ugliness of all kinds of addictions, persistent lack, disease, pain and all common and uncommon vices, the blood of Jesus is victorious over all.
What Jesus did on the cross stands alone in history. Nothing compares to the impact of that great event when the Son of God hanged on the rugged cross and bellowed, "It is finished". The countless lives that have been saved, delivered, healed and given immortality is a living witness.
Death and corruption have no power where the blood of Jesus has been applied. The blood of animals stopped the death angel from entering the households of Israelites when judgement visited Egypt. Jewish firstborns were spared because their households had the blood stains on the door posts.
Today, we don't need to apply anything. The blood has been applied already when Jesus entered the most holy place in heaven after His resurrection. That blood has eternal power to stay death away from you. You will live and not die because of the blood of Jesus that was shed for you to give you victory over hell and death.
