Finished Work Part 2: Healing And Health.

"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."
Isaiah 53:5 KJV.

There are a handful of "believers" among us who question the authenticity of supernatural healing in our day. For them healing was available and necessary when the church was just starting in the book of Acts and probably the first century. They claim that God is not doing miracles anymore because we don't need them. Maybe they don't but the world does need the supernatural intervention of God in situations that are logically and scientifically impossible.

They go further to pontificate that God heals when He wants to. What they need to realize is that the time is past for God to either ''want or not want" to heal you.  He has already "wanted" in Christ Jesus.  Our healing was paid for. We can cash it anytime we need it. When people are not healed we should not blame God. He has done His part in sending Jesus, and Jesus has finished the work of redemption and with the stripes that He received on His body during the torture of the crucifixion we were healed. God wants you well and John the apostle echoes that in his epistle, "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." (3 John 1:2 KJV).

Not only does God wants us healed, He wants us to be in health. Healing is wonderful and fantastic but being in health is next level blessing.  Once you are healed, God wants you to stay healthy. It is possible, for the Bible says, "When God lives and breathes in you (and he does, as surely as he did in Jesus), you are delivered from that dead life. With his Spirit living in you, your body will be as alive as Christ’s!" (Romans 8:11 MSG). Our body is made alive by the Spirit who lives in us.

Once you are Holy Ghost filled, you are impregnable to sickness. Don't allow it. Refuse to be sick in Jesus Name.  All the flues, cancer,  diabetes and migraine are not your portion. You are a child of the most high and His life is flowing through your veins right now. Speak life over your body, bones and blood. You are not ordinary.  You belong to another country called Zion. Heavenly Jerusalem is the mother of us all, and Isaiah saw this church of the firstborn in the Spirit and uttered, "Look upon Zion, the city of our solemnities: thine eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tabernacle that shall not be taken down; not one of the stakes thereof shall ever be removed, neither shall any of the cords thereof be broken....And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity. (Isaiah 33:20‭, ‬24 KJV). The inhabitant shall not say I am sick by design not compulsion because sickness is not what happens among the citizens of Zion. Praise God.

I have the life of God in me, I refuse to be sick.
