Righteousness Is A Gift.

"For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)"
Romans 5:17 NKJV
Righteousness is not the positive difference of your bad works from your good works. You do not become righteous when your good works outweighs your bad works, according to the gospel. Your righteousness is a free gift to you from God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
The Bible is clear: "For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." (II Corinthians 5:21 NKJV). We become God's righteousness because Christ became God's sin offering. He became the very nature of sin on our behalf so that we can become the very nature of righteousness apart from works.
This revelation once received will make you bolder and more audacious when it comes to divine things and realities. Sin consciousness and guilt paralyzes faith. Some people are timid to pray bold prayers because they feel unworthy to receive the answers.
They pray like ants or dead dogs because sin makes you feel that way. But once you realize that God sees you in Christ Jesus as holy as Jesus is, you will cast away your cloak of guilt, shame and condemnation and approach the throne of grace with boldness.
Armed with a conciousness of righteousness and acceptance; fear vanishes, death trembles and negativity stops. You deserve the best things in life because you're the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Nothing is too good for you. You're God's best.
God gave us His righteousness because He knows that through sin, death will have claim over the lives of His children. But now that righteousness has come through Jesus, refuse to let the effects of sin-poverty, sickness and death- Lord it over you
SPEAK OUT.
I am the righteousness of God in Christ. The effects of sin-poverty, sickness and death- have no authority over me.
