Seven Crowns Of The Lamb Part 6: GLORY.

| Spiry Tee

“...Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honor and glory and blessing!”
Revelation 5:12 NKJV.

Where there is glory there is no shame or melancholy. Glory brings light, joy, laughter, praise and brilliance. When the glory of God shines, His goodness is revealed.

On earth glory is given to individuals who are accomplished in one way or another. But many of them celebrities and great men of earth have "feet of clay". Nomatter how wonderful they are in their area of speciality, they have disappointing flaws in their private lives.

But when it comes to Jesus, the man who for the joy that was set before Him, endured the cross and despised the shame; He is altogether lovely whichever way you look at Him. It is so because the Lord Jesus was crowned with glory and honor.

"But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone." (Hebrews 2:9 NKJV)

The Lord Jesus endured the shame of the cross because He saw the end of it all, life and immortality for the whole world. He saw the glory of the Lord fill the earth as the waters cover the sea. He saw death, pain and suffering being put to an end. He endured seeing the visible. All for us.

In the end God rewarded Him with glory because He tasted death for every man. Glory is that presence of God that keeps death at bay. Death is when the glory departs. When the glory departed from Adam and Eve, they saw that they were naked and were ashamed. When the glory leaves shame kicks in. Glory brings life and confidence,  absence of that glory of God causes death and shame.

SPEAK LIFE.
Christ in me is the hope of glory fulfilled. I have glory and therefore I possess the life of God in me. No shame of poverty, widowhood and nakedness will befall me in Jesus' Name.
