The Revelation Of Jesus: The First Begotten Of The Dead.

"And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,"
Revelation 1:5 KJV.
First Begotten of the dead does not mean the first to be raised from the dead because Jesus was not the first to be raised from the dead. Many people were raised from the dead in the old testament and in the new testament section of the bible before Jesus was raised.
By first Begotten of the dead the Bible means that Jesus is the first to be born out of death, both spiritual and physical. When He rose from death, He was the first in line to defeat death and was reborn as a new creation.
Others who died before Jesus and were raised later died again. But Jesus died and rose never to die again because death no longer has power over Him. By His resurrection, He became the head of the new creation.
And now the Bible says that if any man is in Christ he is a new creation, old things are passed away and behold all things are become new (2Corinthians 5:17). As a believer in Christ you are part of the new creation born out of death.
You belong to the second Adam and you ought to bear His image inside and out. By the work of Christ you have dominion over death and the grave. Your life in Christ starts on the other side of the grave. Being born again means being raised from the dead. Just like Jesus you are born out of death.
Refuse to let death have dominion over you. Poverty, sickness, pain are not your portion. Confusion and failure are not your birthright. You are born to shine, conquer and win. If you defeated death in Christ, which is the worst, how can you be kept under by anything in this world.
The life of God is active in you to put you over when the need arises. You are unstoppable. No barrier can keep you out of what God has for you. You can go through walls and walk on water. Remember you came out of the grave in Christ and there's absolutely nothing that can stop you.
SPEAK OUT
I was born out of death and nothing in this world can stop or hinder me. I am victorious over all.
