Many people think the law will make them law abiding citizens of the kingdom of God but it's effect is actually the opposite. You will be a law breaker who does not abide for long, because the law kills. The law like foreplay in sexual scenes rouses sin even when it was dormant. Sin gains strength and power through the law. As a result, through the law no flesh will be justified.

"Firstly, Romans 14:23 says, "But if they have doubts about what they eat, God condemns them when they eat it, because their action is not based on faith. And anything that is not based on faith is sin." (Romans 14:23 GNB). In the New Testament anything that is not of faith is sin. Are you walking by faith or by sight or by feelings? If you stay in faith you will not sin."

Man's desire to be independent of God met a worthy temptation and sin was born. Man wanted to be free from God's authority and become an authority himself. He wanted to usurp authority from God but he believed a lie and sinned against God. That action of defiance and rebellion against God is the cause of man's problems today. Man wanted to be free from God but didn't know he cannot be free without God.

"With Christ on the inside, the believer has metamorphosed into a God-carrier and a God-conveyor. You carry God and you convey His presence, blessings and beauty everywhere you go. Apostle Paul expected the Corinthian church to have this knowledge. Did they know it fully that Christ was in them? Only God knows. It is now incumbent upon us to possess that knowledge and awareness that Christ indwells us as sons of God."

"As Christians we must not be carnally minded because to be carnally minded is death. We only enjoy the Godlife when we are spiritually minded. If you are handling any aspect of your life carnally(worldly) do not be surprised when you see death everywhere. Only when you become spiritually minded will there be life and peace."

"Have you thought about why people end up as drug or alcohol addicts? They yielded themselves to the drug or the alcohol until they lost control over when and where they should take it. No one was born an addict. All addicts made the choice to give their power to the things they are addicted to. Some people are addicted to food. They can't stop eating. They gave their appetite too much power until they were left with no control whatsoever other than choosing between plus size cuts in clothing retails. Don't give up your power. Resist anything that tries to control you."

"Paul expected the Corinthian church to know who they were after they were born again but it's clear that spiritual growth does not happen automatically. There must be intentional feeding and nurturing of the spirit man through the Word. God has placed believers on a new pedestal; a level equal with Himself. Jesus did not "consider being equal with God as something to be held onto" (Philippians 2:6). Our Lord and Savior rejected His equal status with God so that our status as gods can be restored. We are now qualified by His grace to judge angels. That's a pretty humongous calling if you think about it, and it certainly reaffirms our position as associates of the Godkind."

"The word temple is from the greek word naos meaning a shrine or sanctuary. A sanctuary is a structure set apart to God. It is a physical emblem of His presence in a place. God asked Moses to build a tabernacle for Him in the wilderness that He may dwell among them. From that tabernacle, God moved to the temple which was built by Solomon the son of David. The temple had three courts; the outer court, the Holy Place and the Most Holy place. It was a type of the temple God would live in for eternity- man. Man is a triune being, spirit, soul and body. The outer court represents the body, the holy place is the soul and most holy being the spirit man."
